About
Bulkogi Korean BBQ To Go has been sharing the flavors of Korea with a Southern twist since 2009. Founded by the So Family, this Raleigh-based food truck helped pioneer the food truck scene in the Triangle and quickly became a community favorite for its authentic recipes and creative fusion menu. After a brief pause, Joe Choi and Shinae Lee brought the truck back in 2014 with the same beloved recipes—ensuring guests could still enjoy the signature marinades and bold flavors that made Bulkogi a local legend.
