Founded by AJ and Monica, this food truck blends flavors from around the world into crave-worthy dishes that are as creative as they are delicious. Inspired by AJ’s Moroccan roots, years in the restaurant industry, and the family traditions he grew up with, Casablanca Fusion delivers food that tells a story with every bite.
