Founded by Jon Beard, a former U.S. Marine Corps chef, this Jackson-based food truck is all about “bustin’ tastebuds” with an eclectic mix of street eats. From slow-smoked brisket, chicken, and ribs to bao buns, kebabs, and even beignets, every dish is crafted with passion, creativity, and a true Mississippi touch.
Alongside Jon, Kimberly Beard brings her years of hospitality experience to the truck, ensuring each guest enjoys not only great food but also exceptional service and care.
