Low-Co Motion isn’t just a food truck — it’s a celebration of the spirit of Low-Country cooking, reimagined for Georgia’s rich farm-to-table culture. Rather than being tied to a single flavor profile, Jason and his team let the seasons lead the way. Their menu evolves with what’s fresh and available, highlighting the incredible diversity of Georgia’s produce while weaving in classic favorites and creative, gourmet twists.


The inspiration for Low-Co Motion began in Charleston, SC, where Jason’s sister-in-law, Kerry Meier, fell in love with the city’s farm-to-table traditions and scratch-made approach to food. When Jason — an Atlanta native and Art Institute of Atlanta Culinary graduate — revisited the idea back home, he knew it was the perfect time to bring that vision to life. With over 15 years of experience in both local and corporate restaurants, Jason combined his love of fresh, handcrafted food with his passion for creating memorable dining experiences.


Today, Low-Co Motion rolls through Georgia with a “farm-to-truck” mission: to serve food that is local, seasonal, and full of heart. From comforting Southern staples to one-of-a-kind creations, Jason and his team deliver a taste of the Low-Country spirit — with Georgia as their pantry.

Classic favorites and unique creations...all with a gourmet, farm fresh twist!


OMG BLT

A gourmet spin on a classic favorite! Candied bacon, tomato, Green leaf lettuce, and a homemade roasted garlic aioli on locally sourced Sourdough bread.


The Wicked Chicken

Herb roasted, all white meat chicken on a toasted pan de mie bun with caramelized onions, Artisan greens, and whole yellow mustard.


Gourmet Grilled Cheese

A delicious melty blend of Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses with candied bacon, caramelized onions, and a homemade Chipotle-honey mayo on local Sourdough bread.


Carolina Shredded Pork

Roasted Boston butt with a vinegar based sauce, jalapeno-apple Cole slaw, and homemade pickles on a toasted pan de mie bun.


Low-Co Melt

Our vinegar BBQ pulled pork on toasted Sourdough bread with cheese, sliced tomato, and homemade chipotle-honey mayo.


Vegan MLT

White bean hummus, portabella, lettuce, tomato, and red onion in a flour tortilla

Homemade Garlic-Dill Pickle Chips

Thick cut cucumbers spend 48 hours in our homemade garlic and dill brine. The chips stay crunchy and fresh....a perfect compliment to any of our dishes!


Jalapeno-Apple Cole Slaw

Red and green cabbage are shredded and tossed with carrots, fresh jalapenos, Granny Smith apples, and a homemade, creamy vinegar dressing.


Pesto Pasta Salad

Fresh, homemade Basil Pesto tossed with penne pasta, Cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
