Founded by Chef Cam, whose roots trace back to the vibrant food culture of Saint Thomas in the Virgin Islands, this wood-fired pizza truck blends authentic Neapolitan tradition with the bold flavors of the Caribbean.
Raised under the guidance of his grandmother—a skilled baker who taught him the art of precision, patience, and soulful cooking—Chef Cam found his calling early. That foundation, combined with the tropical ingredients of his island upbringing, led him to create a one-of-a-kind pizza experience that’s as much about cultural connection as it is about flavor.
Each pizza is hand-crafted with Italian flour, the freshest local ingredients, and finished in a wood-fired oven that delivers the perfect smoky, crisp-yet-chewy crust. From classics like the Cheeseand Pepperoni, to island-inspired specialties like the Sunshine (candied bacon, pineapple, jalapeño drizzle)and the Curry Tingz (chicken, tomatoes, curry drizzle, spring onions), the menu is designed to ignite your senses. Their Shrimp Scampi Pizza and Smoked Gouda Lobster Bites have quickly become customer favorites, showcasing the Caribbean flair that makes Paradiso stand apart.
