Inspired by his grandmother’s scratch-made cooking and a childhood filled with the flavors of Creole and Cajun traditions, Deundre turned his love for food into a business that brings Southern hospitality and bold flavor straight to the streets.
Every dish is made fresh to order, using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients and seafood straight from Louisiana. The menu blends comforting Cajun staples with creative Southern twists—think shrimp po’boys, crawfish boils, chicken & waffles, and their famous Swamp Nachos piled high with smoked brisket, ribs, or seafood. Each plate is seasoned with the love and resilience that has carried this family-owned business through challenges and triumphs.
