Salty Jax Seafood Co. is where New England tradition meets Southern soul. Founded in 2022 by Ngoc Nguyen, this Biloxi-based food truck brings authentic lobster rolls and coastal favorites to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Inspired by her late mother’s passion for cooking, Ngoc carries forward a legacy of love and flavor—one that has quickly earned Salty Jax top honors, including Best Food Truck 2024 (WXXV VCA’s) and Best of Coastal Mississippi 2025 (Sun Herald).
