What started with a fishing line and a dream has grown into one of Louisiana’s most beloved seafood experiences. Owners Givin and Katie Wright first sold crabs straight off the boat back in 2012, slowly building a loyal following through their passion for fresh, authentic seafood. With determination, long hours, and plenty of family support, they grew from a small pull-behind trailer into an award-winning food truck serving the very best of the Gulf.
Today, The Crab Man Plus specializes in fresh-caught crabs, crawfish, shrimp, and Louisiana-style meals that truly “bring Da South to your mouth.” Every dish reflects the Wright family’s philosophy: support your local fisherman while serving food made with love and tradition.
