The Pig & I is all about live-fire flavor with a sustainable twist. Founded by Jeff Barrett, this Pensacola favorite transforms the whole hog into bold, creative dishes through their signature rotisserie cooking method. From crispy porchetta and slow-roasted pork to inventive sides and stocks, every bite celebrates nose-to-tail craftsmanship and ethically sourced ingredients.


Born from Jeff’s passion for food and a desire to break out of the corporate world, The Pig & I is as approachable as it is innovative. Whether you’re craving comfort food classics or ready for a culinary adventure, this truck delivers pork-driven flavor with heart, humor, and a commitment to sustainability.

Main

Porchetta Sandwich

Slow-roasted Duroc pork belly, seasoned with garlic, fennel, and rosemary, turning over live fire until the fat renders and the crackling forms. Sliced thick and layered onto a warm Cristal bun, topped with house-pickled red onion & fresno chilis, fresh mozzarella, and a drizzle of vibrant pesto.


Whole Rotisserie Porchetta

The Pig & I porchetta, to-go. Will serve minimum 30 people. Can be hot, or chilled to roast at home. Must be pre-ordered through email.


Whole Rotisserie Pig

Whole rotisserie pig, will provide exact size based on how many people being served. To-go pricing starts at $400 and will serve a minimum of 30.


Sides

Crispy Potatoes

Hand-cut potatoes, fried in beef tallow until tender on the inside and crisp on the outside. Tossed in savory porchetta drippings.


Charred Brussel Sprouts

Brussels sprouts, griddled cut-side down until deeply caramelized, locking in a nutty, smoky flavor.
