Twisted Hippie Kitchen is all about authentic flavor with a playful twist. Founded by Bailey Mitchell, a lifelong foodie who grew up cooking alongside his mom, the truck brings cool vibes and creative eats to the streets of Boca Raton and beyond. After years of working in kitchens across the U.S., Bailey decided it was time to share his passion for cooking in a mobile way—just like his free-spirited approach to life.
From innovative dishes that evolve daily to fun, flavorful favorites, Twisted Hippie is on a mission to make your taste buds dance. And don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by Pepper, the truck’s beloved Australian Shepherd–Blue Heeler mascot, who’s always ready to say hi (and share a treat with your pup, too). At Twisted Hippie, good food, good vibes, and genuine smiles are always on the menu.
