Based in Cordova, TN and owned by Trip Fountain, this family-run trailer infuses Southern and Creole flavors with a smoky Memphis twist. Recognized as one of the Top 5 Best Food Trucks since 2018 and celebrated with awards for BBQ, seafood, and chef talent, the Porkstars have been rocking the Mid-South food scene for over 9 years.
