Yippie Trippie & The Porkstars isn’t just a food truck—it’s a culinary performance. Based in Cordova, TN and owned by Trip Fountain, this family-run trailer infuses Southern and Creole flavors with a smoky Memphis twist. Recognized as one of the Top 5 Best Food Trucks since 2018 and celebrated with awards for BBQ, seafood, and chef talent, the Porkstars have been rocking the Mid-South food scene for over 9 years.


The menu is as bold as their name—whether you’re digging into Ragin’ Cajun Shrimp & Smoked Gouda Grits, a BBQ Nacho pile-up, or their award-worthy Million Dollar Grilled Cheese layered with three cheeses, smoked bacon, and sun-dried tomatoes. They’ve also got options for everyone, from seafood lovers to vegetarians, making them a hit at festivals, weddings, and private events.

12oz salad bowl filled with romaine, spring mix, carrots, and crunch mix. With choice of dressing: Balsamic vinaigrette, ranch or Italian


Smoked Salmon Southwest Salad

Succulent house-smoked salmon (4oz) served over spring mix, baby spinach, kale, bell peppers, tomatoes, onion & tortilla strips. Choice of balsamic vinaigrette or avocado lime vinaigrette
